• What time is check-in/check-out?

      Check-in is after midday, check out before midday.

 

• Does the price include meals?

      The price includes breakfast only, unfortunately we do not have a restaurant on the premises.

 

• Do you offer a Shuttle Service to and from the airport?

      No.

 

• How do we get there?

      The hotel is very easy to reach by water transport (Piazza San Marco Station) from both the airport and the Railway Station, check our Location page for detailed instructions and a map which you can print out.

 

• Which Credit Cards do you accept?

      Visa, Mastercard, Euro and American Express.

 

• Do the staff speak English?

      Yes, as well as other European languages.

 

• Do you accommodate for smokers?
      No, all Hotel areas are smoke free.

 

• Does the hotel give tourist information?

      Yes.

 

• Are the rooms air conditioned?

      No, but rooms at the back of the hotel may be requested.
